All of our products are dispatched daily for orders placed before 12pm midday ACST Tues - Fri by Australia Post from regional South Australia. Delivery to city centers usually takes 1-3 working days while other regional centers can take 7-10 working days. Express shipping is available at checkout.
- For orders over $350.00, free shipping with registered post**
- For lighter packages with one book or a doll for example, the charge is $10.00 inc. GST.
- For other orders the charge is $14.00 inc. GST.
- For Express Post lighter packages the charge is $14.00 inc. GST.
- For Express Post standard packages the charge is $20.00 inc. GST
- For International Post standard the charge is $20.00 AUD
- For International Post Express the charge is $30.00 AUD
We aim to be as competitive as possible with our postage and express postage rates and absorb some of the packing and delivery charges that our customers incur. For 90% of orders that we dispatch we are charged $17.64 by Australia Post (as at September 2023). Our packing material and time is also absorbed at a cost of $3.00 per package.
As our orders are dispatched from regional South Australia using Australia Post, delivery times may be slightly longer than expected. Especially if the delivery area is in another regional location. They don't call it snail mail for nothing! Please feel free to track your order on the Australia Post website using the tracking number sent on your dispatched notification email.
